Our Story

We’re Mountain Tree Service, LLC, and we’ve been a tree service here in Boise, ID, since 2020. We specialize in tree removal, trimming, pruning & maintenance, stump grinding, cabling & bracing, shrub trimming, and hazardous tree/limb removal. Logan and Bethany Branstiter are proud new owners, with Logan being an ISA Certified Arborist.

We purchased the company in January 2020. Logan attended and graduated from Northwest Lineman College in 2015 and has worked in the tree service industry ever since. Prior to purchasing the business, Logan had worked and trained alongside Rob, Mountain Tree Service's previous owner. Bethany was born and raised in Alaska and grew up working on her family's and her own commercial fishing boat, and is no stranger to hard work.

Our goal is to provide you with the best service experience possible. We are committed to taking care of your trees so that they can continue to add value to your home and neighborhood. Our trees were over grown, the roots were becoming a threat. Bethany, came out to give me a free estimate. She communicated very well and paid attention to all the details that were important to me. She addressed all my questions and assured me that when they were done, I wouldn't be able to tell that, they were ever there. The total for her estimate was the best out of 3. We watched them coordinate the workload together with ease. It was the removal of 6 trees and stump grind them all. Their team was strong fast and efficient. Logan brought all the large equipment through our tight side yard without any damage to our home or fence. They all wore protective gear. Logan and Bethany are quite the team, it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. In the end, Logan acted like some kind of superhero single handedly, putting all of my planters back in place for me. Some of which were 6Lx2W feet. We were impressed. True to Bethany's word, when the job was finished, our yard was spotless, I couldn't even tell that they had been there. We highly recommend Mountain Tree Service LLC!
